Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Stillground Works. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently only ship to addresses within the lower 48 continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international destinations at this time.
Processing & Production Time

Standard Items: Orders for non-custom items are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Custom & Personalized Items: Because our engraved signs and custom pieces are individually handcrafted to order, please allow 5–7 business days for production before your item ships.
- Rush Orders If you need a custom item sooner than our standard production time, please contact us at sales@stillgroundworks.com before placing your order. We accommodate rush requests whenever possible depending on our current workshop volume. Please note that rush production and expedited shipping fees may apply.
Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on carrier volume, but standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days once the carrier picks up the package.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
Damages & Lost Packages
Stillground Works is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, or if it is marked as delivered but missing, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim, or reach out to us at sales@stillgroundworks.com so we can help you coordinate with the carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
